Ostriches used to be the owner's nostalgia from when he used to live in South Africa.

When he discovered the beautiful island of Palawan with the virgin white sand beaches, he decided to set up a tropical farm for Ostriches.

Now with our Japanese farmer Nishiyama operating the farm, he has put much effort in raising the ostriches with love. Like the "Wagyu" from Japan, we have tested various methods from massaging the ostriches to feeding them the local beer. In the end, Nishiyama has come up with a secret recipe for the ostriches from which we now name our meat "Coconut Meat".
