EAT.

Make ostrich a part of your diet and improve your health without compromising on calories.

While many people have a hard time giving up red meat, Ostrich meat has been a great replacement to eating healthy. Athletes that need the protein but not the calories have loved it and the popularity is growing.

Coconut meat

Nishiyama, our head Japanese farmer has come up with an original recipe for the ostrich feeds, which is a blend of local coconuts and copra. Our goal is to feed ostriches food that even we can eat and we call our meat "COCONUT MEAT".

Raised with love

The process includes gathering thousands of coconuts from our local tropical resort in Palawan. Ostriches would be malnourished if they are fed fresh coconuts, as there would be too much liquid in the feeds.

The meat of the coconuts are scooped out, drying it under the sun for a few days until it is completely dry. We then mix it with dried kangkong which is a type of "Chinese spinach". The process takes around 2 weeks and we are very proud of our feeds. We also feed the ostriches fresh coconut water as a treat at times.

We also believe in music, especially the "Mozart Effect", where there has been extensive studies at how listening to classical music makes the animals live healthier lives. We have made an effort to have a good selection of classical music that can be heard at our farm at all times when you visit us!
